Dear Sir,

I was going to Kota Sentosa Klinik just now. The work rate is very low. My daughter number is 151 at that time the patient served was 141.

One hour passed by, her number was not called but instead was skipped. My wife asked the dresser assistant, and was told they will have to search for her card.

Given the ratio, the time required to serve each patient is not less than 20 minutes.

This is absurd because once inside the Medical assistant normally will only be asking for one problem, check the temperature and write prescription.

In worst case scenario, the dresser perhaps, would do some other light inspection. serious cases are normally referred to Medical Officer.

When my wife peek, she saw someone was reading Berita Harian online. Its good they read, but wrong time. No wonder it took so long waiting for the MA.

At that time, I was with my son, waiting for MO. The wait was well within the one hour pledge. Upon entering the MO room he was dialing for his friend via the office phone.

My son sat there, waiting probably five minutes, if not slightly longer. He continue chatting and was asking what is our problem in between.

The MO continued chatting with his friend as if I was not in existence, or some kind of idiot. He chatted about personal things, about plantation etc.

My two cents question is, who will be paying for the bills? I do not mind if he was making some other important calls.

I know that all of us are human, but please remember that you are government servant. No matter how high your position are, you are still ultimately a SERVANT.

Please do not behave as if we owe you a living, you are paid using our taxes money. It is not your money being used to buy the medicine and stop acting as if we are coming to your clinic, its the government clinic.

I was told they are purposely working very slowly now so that people would shun the clinic, and go elsewhere unable to wait for the poor service.

Given the attitude shown just now, there is some truth about the rumour. Imagine two rooms of MA took a patient with fever one hour to enter the room. Meaning to open the MA mouth asking first question took five minutes, lift the pen to write prescription five minutes, open the door for the patient to go out five minutes and to press the next number five minutes.

Another serious flaw is the numbering. As I said earlier, I could not imagine how my daughter card could go missing and she missed being call.

The Minister must be made to look into this because I strongly believe it had become a trend. To say they are lowly paid, they have very good income.

If the Minister not in the know, you have to tell them. Because next round I will tell the Minister with video from hidden camera. Hidden camera very cheap nowadays, you want proof the way they do to your former Health Minister to admit?

Last but not least, please prescribe them with necessary medicine given if they are sick.

as a MA, i also want to kutuk that reading utusan online while kerja/on duty.

time kerja is kerja, benda personal boleh buat masa rest ba. da la tempat tu mmg busy. ini curi tulang lagi masa peak hour. i pun x suka org mcm tu sebenarnya.

actually..i know certain AMO there..not practical to say MA..ketinggalan zaman..so i will check and asking whats are the truth is behind there..it's sound like X-File filem pulak..

ya perkara biasa... bukan penyokong mahupun pembangkang kerajaan.. sory to say la...
kakitangan kerajaan pun macam ya juak... demam sikit mauk di layan cepat2... temp. d cek baru 37 C jak....perkara kecik d perbesarkan...
sombong bukan main... sory to say again la... tangga jak... hingga membangkit pasal taxes... dia bayar taxes kerajaan ya sebulan cukup kah untuk bayar gaji AMO or elaun student AMO sebulan?
jangan terlalu cepat nak melatah dgn sesuatu perkara...sama2 salah... sebagai pesakit perlu bersabar la sikit menunggu d klinik... sebagai kakitangan kerajaan, buat la kerja betol2...
bukan nak membela.... tapi nie tauk nya online atas urusan rasmi... maksudnya antar e masa ka... e-reporting ka... sementara nangga berita on line... kebetolan pt nangga time ya on line berita... may be sedikit slh paham...
d mana2 pun termasuk klinik kecik pun ada salah paham... just orang kampung tuk x da saluran mcm orang bandar ya...

..i already call my frenz there (kk sentosa) seen that is some miss understanding between staff and pt..actually just a fever..its not really hurt pt to wait just for a few minutes..about reading and using internet for personal purpose that thing happen on the wrong time..maybe accidentally seen by pt..buts if we thinks deeply in this case..if the pt really educated people and have more money why not he going to GP..more rush since you have money to pay..i realize that kk sentosa is very busy KK actually..

dah kata... salah paham ya biasa la... pt tuk ngarap kita staf kkm apa... oleh kerana kita banyak berhubung dgn org ramai apatah lagi yg sakit, banyak keburukan kita yang org nampak... sedangkan agensi lain pun macam ya juak staf nya... kmk pernah berurusan dgn sebuah agensi kerajaan...kmk pergi petang dalam kol 2.30... orang yg kmk cari msh lom masuk opis...opis masih banyak meja kosong... yg ada pun main game komputer, bercermin sambil make up....
kmk kat sia pun dak nya buat acuh x acuh seperti kmk x wujud...
bla d tanyak... x tauk katanya sambil meneruskan main game...

Dengar ceritanya penulis tu adalah 'wartawan' sarawak update, tapi cara dia tak profesional. Cara penulisan melambangkan sikap angkuh sombong dan mungkin jugak sombong bodohnya.

Memang kita mahu kan teguran sebegitu, tapi biarlah secara tertutup, sekali ia tersiar dalam media massa/internet maka impaknya akan kekal mendalam, tidak semua orang punyai sifat pemaaf, ada juga yang masuk telinga kanan, keluar telinga kiri. Natijahnya turut dirasai oleh semua kakitangan kesihatan amnya dan KK Sentosa khasnya.

Apa salahnya teguran ditujukan secara terus kepada MO yang menguasa KK Sentosa dan duduk berbincang, bersemuka.

Atau cuma untuk dapatkan publisiti murahan, tengoklah komen nya pada bahagian reply to the post, memang pasif cara cara jawapan mereka..

Saya pernah mencuba mendapatkan rawatan kat GP, masa menunggu pun agak lama juga, hampir satu jam, pesakit tak jugak ramai. Kita sebagai medical staf sebenarnya amat faham situasi sebenar tugas kita, yang menjadi masalahnya adalah orang seperti penulis ini yang mempunyai 'pengetahuan alang-alang'. Penyakit alang-alang ini amat bahaya!

Betul kata saudara paul, "if the pt really educated people and have more money why not he going to GP..more rush since you have money to pay"

penulis memang educated, tapi eduacated dalam kerjayanya sahaja, tapi tidak tidak educated dalam public relation.

ya betoi ya... org ya nang sombong.. mengada2....

yang alang2 tuk la yang menyusahkan... alang2 pandey... alang2 kaya..

kadang2 tuk dak nya ada motif tersendiri la... masalah peribadi dgn seseorang kat sia daknya sampey molah kedak ya...
contohnya sebuah klinik area kmk orang, d tulis surat layang ke dho... komplain macam2 yang x masuk akal...

kata aki ba rumah panjai kami din, "school high-high, stupid not complete". <-- maksud nya org yg pandai gilak dlm 1 bidang ja, but in other bidang, taik pun x tau.

sama la macam penulis tu. dia pandai dlm 'kewartawanan' dia saja, tapi dia tau ka skop kerja kita & carta aliran kerja kita? mana ada dia tau tu. lysosome pun dia x tau tu.

apa yg org jenis tu tau cuma, complain, complain, complain, & complain. pujian tu jarang-jarang kata P.Ramlee~

kita x kisah kalo diorg tu nak complain, tapi biarlah cara pro ba. bukan nya terus buka pekung di dada. na ke malukan kementerian saja setegal hal kecik cam ya?

so think b4 u buka mulut yg school high-high tu~

some people simple2 follow their own emosional..not think twice or more before say or write something..especially to condem (nasib sik condom) other people..KK Sentosa using TPC (Teleprimary care)..if im not mistaken using TPC need at least 5 to 10 minutes to complete C/O until the diagnosis and Managment pt before send home..its also depend to the internet speed and line..sometimes internal error..soo as Patient perlulah bersabar..nama pun dah Patient..in english lebih kurang jugalah bunyinya bersabar/sabar..tu..jadi cuba lah bersabar..berapa byk sabar dahhhh..tp tanpa kesabaran hidup kita tak mungkin akan tenang..sebab kesabaran itu adalah separuh daripada iman kita..

Sekarang banyak wartawan hanya nak siapkan tugasan mereka, asal ada bahan untuk dimuatkan dalam media massa. Banyak kita baca mereka punya artikel adalah berkaitan sikit pada the positive moral of the story. Bukan sahaja yang positif tetapi banyak juga yang negatif. Saya bagi contoh, dahulu ada satu berita tentang ambulans langgar bucu belakang kereta. Moral positifnya adalah, pemandu perlu berhati-hati tetapi moral negatifnya si pemandu yang berada di depan ambulans langsung tidak ada timbang rasa untuk memberi laluan kepada ambulans yang sedang membawa insan yang dalam ketenatan. Itu tidak dihighlightkan sebaliknya disalahkan ambulans pula. Jadi, moral kepada komen saya ini adalah nilai berita para wartawan sekarang tidak kualitinya.

betol tu bos.... perkara negetif lebih senang dan mereka lebih suka .....
kalau perkara baik, tak juga mereka tulis.... masyarakat juga suka membaca berita2 negatif dan bercertia dan menghakim sendiri... " ceritakedai kopi... tiada hakim tiada saksi" antara bait lagu yg lamour skarang nie....

so, kita nie yang GCS full nie, jgn la cepat melatah pada sebarang situasi
